Memorial jewellery ordering process
We understand that choosing the perfect piece of memorial jewellery to honour your loved one is a deeply personal journey and we understand that with so many beautiful variations it can become overwhelming. To support you, we’ve put together some simple guidance to help you navigate our collection and make the ordering process as peaceful and straightforward as possible.
Step 1 - Choosing your memorial piece
Take a look through our website, when you find the perfect piece for you there will be a few dropdown boxes for you to fill in as well as text boxes, these include details such as your ring size (if required), colour options, the name of your loved one.
Step 2 - Once you have all of the required details filled in on the listing hit “ add to cart” then you can go on to your basket to make sure everything is correct then go to checkout. Please note if you are ordering a ring it is your responsibility to order the correct size.
Step 3 - Send us the inclusion
When your order is placed we will send you a message either via email or WhatsApp to arrange sending the inclusion to us. We do recommend sending any inclusions tracked next day with Royal Mail. They will also need to be labelled with your name and order number.
Step 4 - Staying in contact
Once we receive your inclusion we will let you know via email or WhatsApp so you know they arrived safely. They will be put away until it is time for your order to be completed, we will stay in contact with regular updates as to when your order is being started and when it has been posted. We understand this is so sentimental and want you to feel as comfortable as possible so please do feel free to message at anytime and I will respond within working hours.
Step 5 - Your order is completed and posted back to you.
We have a turnaround of 2/3 weeks , this starts once we have received the inclusions. Please allow an additional 2/3 working days for postage (we do always post tracked next day however once posted delivery times is out of our control). Any left over cremation ashes or hair will be sent back to you with your completed order. We will let you know when your order is leaving us and you will receive a tracking link so you’re able to track where your order is at until it reaches you.
